FIRST SESSION Scheduled for up to two hours, so there is no time pressure. The focus of the first session is determining your goals and issues. Effective individualized techniques are described, taught and practiced so that you have quick effective tools to use immediately. Experiences involving mini trances are typically used and the session concludes with a hypnosis experience with suggestions and goals designed with your input.
ADDITIONAL SESSIONS are typically; review, practice, fine tune, add additional techniques as indicated and mutually design and a hypnosis experience.
