I am a clinical hypnotherapist certified by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (cert. #108-051) and trained at the Hypnotherapy Academy of America in Santa Fe, NM. I am also a certified Hypno-Beginning Instructor.

I offer many hypnotherapy services to clients in and around Flagstaff, including pain control, childbirth preparation, ending insomnia and anxiety, speech improvement and pediatric hypnotherapy.

I graduated from the Northern Arizona University in 1986 with a degree in physical therapy.

In my practice, I have noticed that some of my physical therapy patients had suffered long after their physical conditions were resolved. Many patients experienced profound relief from stress and pain using the basic relaxation and visualization techniques that I knew.

After looking at the research on hypnosis and pain, then looking at the variability of hypnosis education, I chose one of the most extensive and in depth programs. Thinking I was mainly going to bring back new techniques to help my physical therapy patients with their pain, I was amazed to observe the transformation occurring in my classmates and myself. I saw how much hypnotherapy has to offer in terms of improving one's life in so many areas.

Because of the large number of life changing, beneficial uses of hypnotherapy that are outside the scope of physical therapy, it became necessary to start a new practice devoted to the application of this powerful form of therapy.
